Quick and tasty cooking tips for Ramen

Benito Flakes is so simple it make a delicious soup base, sometime instead of boil the soup I just pour some hot water into Benito flakes and some soy sauce and salt and it created a soup base for me,

 If you want a thicker boils soup taste, you can add all the Kombu, Dried mushroom and anchorites into the soup, it taste similar to the Dashi you buy in market, you can also add in some Miso paste for the saltier taste.
I also like to put some seasoned seaweed right after the soup is put inside the bowl so my seaweed will melt in the soup and the soup will become so delicious !!!Image result for seasoned seaweed
