Steam
Basically I do this this is for corn, fish, sweet potatoes, and heat up of rice and noodle. This is very healthy method and minimum lost of nutrition of food because is using water vapor to heat up your food and the food be appear softer and moisture then the original is.
Pour some water on the pot your food on top with a bowl and you just have to heat up until the water turn to vapor and heat up your food until you think is good to eat. You can use two or three tier pot to help you if you don’t have bamboo steamer.
Oven baked
Oven baked is heating up the food through transfer heat into your food, this cooking method created lesser smell to the kitchen and it is easy to cooked and if your food are still raw you can always heat up again until your satisfactory level . You can bake any kind of food in oven and the water contain on the food will be reduce into certain level that is how you create a crispier food by lost of water. You can also bake cake and bread by using oven too.
deep fried
Deep fried is basically using heat oil to make the surface of the food lost of water, this is because oil have higher heating point then water, that why deep fried food will appear crispier than all the other way, deep fried is fast , you have to consider the size of the food you deep fried is not too big to avoid the over cooked on the surface of your food and the inside are still raw. We normally cut into smaller portion or steam our food first before we deep fried the food.
Boil,
I believe Boiling is the most easy way to cooked the food, you can basically boil any food and you will not over boil something. Boiling is nice sometime you could save up the soup or broth for cooking noodles and pasta.
Stir fried
Stir fried is something use frying pan to cook the food, we use adequate number of oil to cook the food. This method of cooking required special skills, you need to observe the food weather is weather is well cooked and how much oil and water you need to add in. If you stir fried few type of food together, you need to put your food according to consequence to avoid over cook in one type of food, this method require years of practice and the taste might be varied by controlling the heat and also the consequence of food.
