Before I teach you how to cook these dish, I need you know picking of the meat for this dish is most important things to do.
Picking the correct meat can lead you to successful in cooking this dish, you need pick the meat which contain fat layer and lean layer in one
piece of meat, I know you must think it is very unhealthy and you probably will think picking lean meat is better choice, but you gonna trust me on this, this is best choice of meat to cook the dish, this called wu hua rou (五花肉 ) in Chinese.
After buying the dish, you might boil the meat for cleaning purpose.
Ingredient
10 Clove of garlic
3 small onion
Soy Sauce
some sugar
Dark thick Soy sauce
The pork Meat (Chop into cube)
Hard boiled egg (3–4)
6 cup of water
Steps
Heat up your pans with some oil, and put all the 10 cloves of garlic and small onion into the fans and fried until fragrant come out, Put your meat inside the pans and pan-fry until the meat is half cooked.
Add some dark thick soy sauce into the dish and stir until the color is welled coated on every piece of the meat.
Pour all the ingredient into a Stockpot
Add 4 tea spoon of sugars into the stockpot, and then add in the water. Close the cover until the dish is boiling, heat with small medium fire, added in the eggs, continue cooking for 1–2 hour.
Check the water level if is going to dry off, add some water into the pot.
You can finished this dish when the water is half dry, the sauce should look thick and dark.
