Great Tips for Lazy and non-wasting food Cooking Tips

 Portioning your food, with my idea you can market only once a week. 

For meat:- I always portion down my meat instead of buying filet or particular part of the the meat, this is because buying the one whole piece of the meat is cheaper but most important is I know what to do with the others part.

For example :- Chicken 

I will buy the whole piece of chicken and the cut into separate part like Chicken tight, Chicken breast, wings, and the also bone (legs, head, back bone area)

Fish :- Most;y I will buy the fish and cut into one portion size or fillet.



Pork: Because one pig is big , I wont so insane buy the whole pig so I will buy for the only the minse meat  part into package, and ribs for soup.

I will also store some eggs, carrot, cabbage, potatoes,  tomatoes, mushroom, in fridge in case I am going to use them. I normally chop my cabbage, carrots, potatoes into small square size and i place them into different plastic bag or plastic container, when I need them, I just need to scope out and then placed them back into fridge.



Here is simple recipe.



Nomally I boil or baked my vegietable, for this picture, I put my fish fillet/chicken tight inside the oven to heat up for 20min/30min depend on the Size of the meat, and then I put in the boil vegetable and cheese in top of the chicken / fillet and let them heat up for another 10min.



Cook your dinner inside rice cooker, you don't need to do many washing job,  you can do chicken rice inside rice cooker, you just need to marinate your chicken and then cook it with your rice cooker, that is what you have here. 



Tomatoes rice with mixed vegietable. You can heat up the next day if you cant finish.

DONT THROW AWAY the chicken bone and ribs bone, you can use it as soup base and you just need throw in some Tomatoes, Potatoes, and onion and you got a delicious soup, then use the soup to boil your noodles, you get a tasty noodles with delicious soup.



If you cant finish the soupsave it, and buy some ready made dumpling to that soup and you can eat the second day.

Mixed vegetable and with  eggs you can do fried rice if that is left over rice inside rice cooker.



I normally cooked or change the left over food into another dish, and no wasting because I will eat all of it.
