when I am sick, I will get eat porridge and Marmite , quite similar with every other Chinese, when we sick we got to eat the porridge because is easier to swallow and digest. Until that day I growth up, I realize there is big reason why we eat the porridge with Marmite.
Marmite are actually rich in Vitamin B12 and B3, according to medical research B3 are good to against MRSA- Which is Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) infection is caused by a type of staph bacteria. We all need Vitamin B to heal our sickness by processes that take place in the body including, energy production, cell division & replication, growth. Our body also needs niacin along with the other B vitamins to help the body to convert food to energy, and to properly utilize fats and protein. All the B Vitamins are also needed for healthy skin, hair, eyes, and liver.
So if you are sick and less appetite, eat porridge with Marmite, I love the taste of Marmite. i am like a marmite fans.
