I think i have the nicest straight shinning black hair, I love my hair so much , I take very good care on it.
So here is some tips if you want to have black shining straight smooth hair.
- I eat black sesame for the purpose of the darken and healthier hair. This is very helpful, I eat black sesame for only one month my hair become darker and shinning. I eat one big spoon sesame after dinner.
In traditional Chinese medicine black sesame seeds are used to stimulate hair growth and restore hair color. This is not surprising considering that black sesame seeds are loaded with copper and zinc. Copper is essential for the proper functioning of the body, including healthy hair growth. An inadequate intake of copper can cause hair loss and thinning hair. Copper is also believed to intensify hair color and delay graying of hair. Zinc, on the other hand, plays a role in the production of new hair cells and the maintenance of the oil-secreting glands of the scalp that make hair shiny.
2. Don’t Wash your hair too often, waited for two to three day only you wash your hair, (My skin type is dry skin) This is because the scalp will create the amount of oil that is just nice for your hair, shampoo and cognitional are process product that help your hair, but is it more naturally to use own hair generated oil to help the hair stay moisture. Personally I don’t use conditional.
3. If you must use some oil product on your hair, use virgin olive oil or coconut , because there is no any other chemical added in it.
4. If you go swimming, take a swimming cap, the swimming pool water contain a lot of chloride/chlorine , and it is very bad for hair.
5. Do not color or curl your hair, if you must do it, go for non-heat curl, or organic coloring products, like henna.
6. Blow your hair with cold air, not hot air, because over heat hot air will mak
e your hair look dull. I often do fan and hair blower together when I finished bath, i open the fan then only I used the hair blower.
7. Eat healthy and sleep on time. this is just general tips of being healthy, because healthy body will promote hair growth.
