Eat according to your hand size

The secret way to determine the portion of food you should consume daily is by using your OWN HAND to know the exact portion of food you should be taken.
two hand portion for the vegetable,
one fist for all the rice, noodle, pasta
palm size for meat,
fist size for fruits,
and thumb size for oil and butter
everyone hand is different size, so eat according to the size of your hand!
